Experienced Advocates
Spooner Guardianship Services, LLC offers Guardianship, Conservatorship and Personal Representative services to adults who have been determined incapacitated and unable to make and/or communicate decisions regarding medical or financial needs. The agency receives clients from all Probate and Family courts in the Commonwealth and works with Petitioning Attorneys and Wards counsel to assess client abilities and advocate for limited guardianship where appropriate.

Out team works closely with hospitals and residential facilities to maximize longevity of financial resources by securing available subsides or leveraging community programming to promote client independence.
